AI agents

37 agents. One job each, a limit, and a person above.

Thirty specialists work in eight stages. Seven more run under every stage, and the orchestrator in the middle routes the work.

Governance is the pitch

AI proposes. Rules verify. People approve.

An AI system earns trust by being easy to check. So every agent works inside the same four steps, and each step leaves a record.

AI proposes

An agent reads, looks up and drafts. Every output carries a confidence score, its evidence and a reason in plain words.

Confidence score on every output

Rules verify

Fixed checks confirm it. Matching inside your tolerance, policy, duplicates and approval routing. Rules do not guess.

Deterministic business logic

A person approves

Four-eyes, with segregation of duties. An approver other than the person who prepared it. Larger payments need a second approver.

Segregation of duties enforced

The trail records it

Who, when, why and on what evidence. Agents, rules and people alike. Each entry stores a fingerprint of the one before it.

Tamper-evident audit chain

The directory

All 37 agents, in the order the work happens.

Beyond the 37New

The tax agent, inside invoice processing.

It runs once per supplier invoice and produces one assessment: gross, sales tax per line, income-tax withholding, sales-tax withholding and a net payable. It is not counted in the 37.

  • Extracts line-level tax amounts from the invoice
  • Determines jurisdiction and required withholding
  • Calculates the final net payable amount
  • Operates automatically during invoice capture
